Looking for Freelance HR recruiter

I am looking for a freelance HR recruiter who can assist me in filling executive level positions in a specific industry (law). The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting for executive level roles and be knowledgeable about the qualifications and certifications required for these positions. They should also have a strong network and proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent. Must be open to a flat rate with bonuses for hitting certain agreed upon targets.
