Long Story Writers

I need writers who are interested in writing long story/stories, of minimum 2,50,000 words. Each month the writer needs to publish 50,000 words, after that the performance will be checked and the writer will receive his/her first payment which is 5000 INR(Indian Rupees). The more word count the writer provides the more payment the writer will receive, for e.g if the writer publish 70,000 words a month the he/she will receive 8000 INR. Similarly on reaching 1,50,000 words the writer will receive a bonus of 2500 INR besides the monthly payment.
