Local Traffic SEO Optimization
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Organic traffic from nearby customers is the metric I care about most, yet my current numbers don’t reflect the quality of my offer. The assignment focuses on a complete SEO refresh aimed at local search intent so people in my city and surrounding suburbs find me first.
The work revolves around three content areas—blog posts, product pages, and service descriptions—each requiring tailored on-page improvements, locally focused keyword mapping, and compelling metadata that drives clicks. A thorough audit of existing content, site structure, and Google Business Profile will set the starting baseline. From there, rich-snippet markup, internal-link adjustments, and authoritative local backlink outreach should steadily raise visibility.
Deliverables
• Audit report detailing technical issues, current rankings, and quick-win opportunities
• Optimised copy and meta elements for all identified blog posts, product pages, and service descriptions (including titles, H-tags, alt tags, and schema where relevant)
• Local keyword matrix with search volumes, ranking difficulty, and targeted pages
• Brief implementation guide so future content follows the same optimisation framework
Success is measured by an uplift in organic sessions originating from my service area and noticeable movement toward page-one positions for the agreed local keywords within the first two months of publication.
Tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush, and Screaming Frog are welcome—use whatever stack delivers the clearest roadmap and verifiable results. Timelines and milestone suggestions are open for discussion; accuracy and transparency are more important than rushing.
