Local Services On-Page SEO Specialist
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I run a U.S.–based agency that looks after local home-service companies—plumbers, HVAC contractors, roofers and the like. I’m looking for a seasoned SEO partner who has already helped similar American businesses climb the local pack and, more importantly, turn that visibility into form-fills and phone calls.
The immediate focus is on-page SEO and content optimisation: mapping high-intent keywords to service pages, rewriting or briefing conversion-oriented copy, tightening meta data, schema and internal linking, and suggesting CRO tweaks that lift lead volume. Most sites sit on WordPress; a few live on Webflow, so fluency with either platform is useful.
Authority building still matters. Each month I expect:
• Local citations and directory submissions in the right trades.
• At least one quality guest post on a relevant blog.
• A couple of backlinks from industry-related sites.
You’ll get access to GA4, Search Console, GMB, our rank-tracker and Slack. Clear written English and same-day replies during U.S. work hours are non-negotiable. Weekly Loom or Slack updates plus a concise monthly report covering work completed, ranking shifts, traffic and, most critically, leads generated will keep us aligned.
Deliverables
• Comprehensive on-page audit with a 90-day action plan.
• Implementation of agreed content and technical fixes (or dev-ready briefs).
• Consistent link acquisition as outlined above.
• Live dashboard for metrics and call/lead tracking.
Acceptance criteria: a measurable uptick in organic calls or form submissions for at least two assigned clients within the first quarter.
If you’ve helped U.S. roofers, plumbers, HVAC techs or similar trades achieve those results, let me know your approach and earliest start date.
