Implement real estate schema markup and ensure AI crawlers (GPTBot, Google-Extended) are not blocked.
Integrate IDX listings for active properties.
Optimize site speed (target: under 2 seconds on mobile, per PageSpeed Insights)
Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization
Claim and fully optimize my GBP with consistent name, address, phone (NAP), services, and photos.
Write a keyword-rich description (e.g., “[City] real estate agent specializing in [specific services]”).
Set up weekly GBP posts (e.g., market updates, listings) and teach me how can I post.
Ensure consistent NAP, bio, and professional photos across platforms.
