Local Lead Generation Overhaul
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
The goal of this project is straightforward: create a predictable stream of organic leads by tightening every moving part of my digital presence—from Google and my website to the social channels that local homeowners already trust.
Scope of work
• Local SEO: refresh and manage the Google Business Profile, tune on-page keywords, secure high-quality local backlinks, and put a review-building process in place so we climb the map pack.
• Website performance: clean up the site’s structure, increase page-load speed, and rebuild key landing pages with conversion-centric layouts so more visitors become qualified inquiries.
• Content engine: research, draft, and publish SEO-ready blogs, service pages, and timely updates that answer homeowner questions and target high-intent keywords.
• Organic social: schedule and publish platform-native posts that showcase projects, educate prospects, and funnel traffic back to priority pages.
• Analytics & reporting: tag lead sources, track traffic and conversions in Google Analytics/Search Console, and deliver clear monthly insights so strategy stays data-driven.
• Lead handling: set up alerts, routing, and response templates to ensure every inbound lead gets a same-day reply—no more drop-offs.
• Competitor watch: monitor rankings, content moves, and promo tactics so we can adjust quickly and stay ahead.
Acceptance criteria
1. Consistent month-over-month growth in organic sessions and tracked form/phone leads.
2. Core Web Vitals and page-speed scores in the green for all high-traffic pages.
3. At least two new long-tail keywords ranking on page one within the first quarter.
4. Documented process for lead intake with response times under two hours during business hours.
5. A concise monthly report detailing traffic by source, keyword gains, social engagement, and next-step recommendations.
Google, the website itself, and social media are the primary channels, so all tactics should feed those ecosystems first. Content must center on blogs, service pages, and updates, and every technical tweak should directly improve speed, structure, and conversion rate.
If this outline fits your expertise, the next step is a brief kickoff where we align on KPIs, access, and timelines, then we get to work.
