LinkedIn Presence Management for Business

Job ID: 40107670

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

Hi all, first time using:

I am looking for someone to fully manage my LinkedIn presence.
I run a new business called Repeatable Holdings Limited.
I am breaking away from a long career in blue chip FTSE companies.
I now work independently with founders and senior teams when growth starts to strain the operating model.
The goal is to build a visible, credible LinkedIn presence that reflects how I actually think and work.

All content is written in first person, in my voice.
This is a personal LinkedIn presence.
The focus is on how I think and work, not company led messaging. (I think)

This role suits someone who:
Understands founders and operators
Writes clearly without jargon
Creates momentum without gimmicks
Shapes ideas, not just posts
Brings ideas and challenges assumptions

What Repeatable Holdings Limited does:
Repeatable helps growing businesses regain control as they scale.

I step in when:
Growth has outpaced structure
Accountability is unclear
Decision making slows
Founders are carrying too much
I bring experience from large, complex organisations into smaller, faster growing businesses.

No slides for the sake of it.
No theory without action.
LinkedIn audience
Content is aimed at:
Founders and CEOs
Senior operators
Board members
People dealing with scale, complexity, or change
Depth matters more than reach.

What LinkedIn needs to do
Position me as a trusted operator
Show how I think and work
Create informed conversations
Drive inbound messages that lead to real work

Tone and voice
First person
Calm and confident
Practical
Direct
No hype.
No motivational language.
No buzzwords.
No overly corporate tone.

Content themes
Scaling without chaos
What breaks as companies grow
Operating rhythm and accountability
Decisions founders avoid and the cost of delay
Lessons from live client work without naming clients
Simple frameworks I actually use
The shift from blue chip environments to founder led businesses

Format and cadence
Three posts per week
Mostly short text posts
Longer posts when needed
Strong opening lines
Clear takeaway
No carousels unless agreed.
No recycled quotes.
Engagement

Post on my behalf
Manage light engagement
Flag meaningful comments and messages
What success looks like

After three months:
Better quality inbound conversations
People referencing posts in calls
Clear understanding of what I do
Consistent presence that feels natural

Your responsibilities
Shape content ideas from my work and thinking
Write posts in my voice
Manage posting and engagement
Keep the page consistent and active

What you are not doing
No generic growth tactics
No fake stories
No trends for the sake of it
No sales posts
How we will work
I share context, notes, and raw thoughts, you turn that into strong LinkedIn content

We review and adjust as needed
Examples of the tone I want

Example post 1
Most scaling problems are not growth problems.
They are clarity problems.

Roles blur.
Decisions slow.
Everyone works harder and gets less done.

Fixing this rarely needs a restructure.
It needs clear ownership and a rhythm people stick to.

Example post 2
I spent years inside blue chip FTSE companies.
The biggest difference I see now is pace.
Founders move fast.
Systems often do not.
Structure does not kill pace.
Lack of structure does.

Example post 3

If everything feels urgent, nothing is owned.
Urgency is a signal.
Something upstream is unclear.
Before pushing harder, ask what decision no one has made yet.

How to apply
When you apply, tell me:

Why this work suits you
Examples of LinkedIn writing you have done
How you write in someone else’s voice
One idea you would try for this page

If this sounds like your kind of work, I would like to hear from you.
