I need a proactive professional to run my LinkedIn presence end-to-end. What matters most is that each post clearly surfaces the goals I’ve reached and the impact those wins have generated for my team or clients. Tone should stay confident yet approachable, never salesy. I’d like a steady cadence (roughly two to three updates a week), supported by a simple content calendar so we both see what’s coming up.
Day-to-day you will:
• Draft engaging copy tailored for LinkedIn’s voice and character limits.
• Select or create visuals that reinforce each achievement.
• Schedule and publish at optimal times through LinkedIn’s native tools or Buffer/Hootsuite—whatever you prefer.
• Monitor basic engagement metrics and flag comments that deserve my direct reply.
