Leadership Development Online Course

In need of an innovative professional to create online courses aimed at Managers and New leaders in the corporate world. The spotlight of the course will be on fostering and enhancing leadership skills. I have built 18 in-person workshops and written 2 books that I’d like to turn into courses. Everything has slide decks and handouts to work with. You won’t be starting from scratch.

Skill Set and Experience Required:

- Proven track record of creating engaging online courses, preferably in the leadership or corporate training field.
- Deep understanding of leadership principles, concepts, and practices that will genuinely benefit the target cohort.
- Expertise in online learning platforms and technologies.
- Ability to package content in a user-friendly, interactive and compelling format.
- Prior experience in dealing with a professional audience, preferably managers and new leaders.
