Email Marketing Specialist for B2B Lead Generation
We're a software & AI development studio looking for an experienced email marketing specialist to run outbound campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads.
What you'll do:

Build and clean targeted prospect lists in our niche (startups, SMBs, and enterprises needing app/software/AI development)
Write compelling cold email sequences and follow-ups that get replies
Set up and manage campaigns (Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Mailshake, or similar)
Handle deliverability: domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation to avoid spam
Track opens, replies, and booked meetings; optimize based on data

You should have:

Proven results with cold email lead gen (please share numbers/case studies)
Experience with list-building and email verification tools
Strong English copywriting skills
Knowledge of email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR basics)
