Subject Matter Experts/ Content Writers and Editors for the following subjects are required :
English
E.V.S
Maths
Hindi
Skills and experience
Experience of 6-8 years as a Content Writer/editor in a publishing firm.
Ability to research, create and curate high-quality content in education, careers related areas.
Ability to complete the tasks assigned within the stipulated time-frame.
Excellent grasp of the English language.
Responsibilities
Copy-edit, proofread and review subject content.
Check language and facts.
Check if the content matches the age group and the class level.
Create quality products maintaining consistency and accuracy of text / illustrations / diagrams / figures / maps.
Proofread content for errors and ensure that content is written per instructions.
Copy, edit and proofread content created by other content writers.
Format chapters with typesetters.
Check for potential legal/copyright problems (ensure the content is plagiarism free and doesn't exist in any competitor's texts).
