Khamoshi ek dard ki kahani

I’m putting together a collection of short stories drawn from real-life conversations and experiences and I need a skilled storyteller to bring them to life. The assignment centres on kahani likhna—full narrative pieces rather than articles or blogs—and I’m open to every genre that serves the material, whether it leans romantic, thriller, fantasy or blends them all.

What matters most is emotional engagement. Each story should pull the reader in, make them feel the highs and lows of the people whose memories or moments inspired it, and leave them thinking after the last line.

Here’s what I’ll be looking for in your submission:
• 100 % original, publish-ready prose (2,000–3,000 words per story unless a different length suits the tale better)
• Vivid characters anchored in believable motivations
• A clear narrative arc that respects the true events but heightens them through craft
• Polished Hindi or Hinglish; smooth, natural dialogue is a plus
