Introduction to Life Skills

I'm creating online course for young adults to improve their skills. This gig is to create an online course on 'Life Skills'. Here 'Life Skill' is essential for students to not only achieve their best in professional but also personal life. The focus would be professional life with balance with personal and social life.
I'm looking at a 6+ hour training material in MS word format. If you feel the course needs more number of hours, I'm open for it. The course should have chapters and each chapter should not exceed 30 minutes. Every chapter/session should have a quiz and there should be a master quiz at the end (for the entire course). Every session should have practical tips and tools that can be used by the user.

- Be passionate about teaching and student welfare
- You should have experience on social sciences and should have pedagogical content knowledge
- Provide plagiarism free content
- Number of years of experience would be helpful but not mandatory
