I have an interview for a high performing regional sales director for one of the top 5 technology, IT networking companies in the Uk. I require a presentation on the following-
Showing your market knowledge and awareness – What is happening now in the industry?
How would you use external insights to shape your strategy?
Leadership style – What is your style and approach? How will you build team culture and trust? What sales disciplines would you introduce to be successful?
This is a 15 minute presentation and is for a very senior role, I would welcome a base content presentation I can work on. I can provide a JD and also it would be helpful to discuss before hand. Title is What will be your strategy? (Driving growth in the Enterprise market) in IT networking space
