Internal Training Knowledge Base Development
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m putting together a central knowledge base so every team member can find clear, consistent answers without digging through old chats or email threads. This will be used purely for internal training, so the focus is on accuracy, ease of navigation, and a tone that matches our day-to-day voice.
The first release will consist of text documents only, organised as concise guides and manuals. I’ll supply raw material—meeting notes, process outlines, and scattered reference files—and need you to reshape it into well-structured, cross-linked articles. Each article should open with a short overview, flow logically through the steps or concepts, and close with quick-reference takeaways.
I’m hosting everything in our existing Confluence space, so familiarity with Confluence macros, page templates, and hierarchy best practices will help you hit the ground running. If you prefer drafting in Markdown or Google Docs first, that’s fine as long as the final content lands cleanly in Confluence with headings, tables, and internal links intact.
Deliverables
• A page tree outline covering all topics we list together
• Fully written guides/manuals for the agreed scope, formatted in Confluence
• A short hand-off note explaining any templates or macros you created so future updates stay consistent
Once the initial batch is live and reviewed, we can discuss an ongoing schedule for updates and expansions.
