Instagram Captions to Boost Engagement

I need ten professionally written Instagram captions, each no longer than 150 words, that open with a compelling hook and close with a clear call-to-action. Every caption must stay true to a professional, authoritative tone while sparking conversation and interaction to lift my engagement rate.
For each post I also want five carefully chosen hashtags, placed separately for easy copy-and-paste use. The final text should be clean—free of typos and formatting issues—and delivered in a clearly labelled Google Doc or Word file so I can review everything at a glance.
