Immersive D&D World Building
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have a campaign premise ready to go—what I’m missing is an evocative world that feels lived-in. I’m looking for someone who can design a complete setting for a Dungeons & Dragons game, turning my loose ideas into a cohesive realm players will remember. I have a loose idea of how I want it to run, and I already have a world map created.
Scope of work
• Craft a detailed world guide covering geography, political borders, major cities, cultures, factions, pantheon, and key historical events.
• Write concise profiles for 6–8 notable NPCs plus at least a dozen adventure hooks tied to the lore.
• Supply a short bestiary of unique creatures or twists on classics to reinforce regional flavor.
• Deliver everything in an organized, editable format—PDF for narrative sections, layered image or source file for the map, and plain-text lore so I can copy into World Anvil if needed.
Timeline
There’s no hard deadline; quality over speed. We can agree on milestones so you can refine each section without rushing.
What to include in your proposal
Please link or attach past work that highlights tabletop RPG world-building, lore writing, or fantasy map creation. Seeing finished settings, published modules, or personal campaign material will help me gauge style and depth.
If you love mixing epic history with grounded details and can weave mechanics-ready lore that sparks adventure ideas, let’s build this world together.
