This role involves creating engaging content, posting job openings, conducting initial interviews, and collaborating with management to select the best candidates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Content Creation:**
- Develop engaging and informative content for social media platforms that reflects our company culture and values.
- Design posts that highlight job openings, employee testimonials, and company achievements.
2. **Social Media Management:**
- Regularly post job openings and company updates on our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Monitor social media channels for applicants and engage with potential candidates.
3. **Job Website Postings:**
- Research and utilize job boards and recruitment websites to post job openings.
- Ensure all listings are up to date and reflect the needs of our company.
4. **Initial Interviewing:**
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Compile a shortlist of candidates for further interviews with the management team.
**Qualifications:**
Human Resources expirience,
Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and make recommendations.
