Hotel Listings Across Airbnb & OTAs

I want our 34-room boutique hotel to appear—properly formatted, fully verified, and bookable—on Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, Cleartrip, and any other major OTA you recommend. Some of the accounts (Airbnb and Agoda) are already open, yet they still need polishing and full content upload; the remaining platforms will have to be created from scratch.

Photographs, room specifications, amenities, house rules, and seasonal rate charts are ready for you in Google Drive. What I need now is an expert who understands each portal’s interface, SEO nuances, and policy requirements so the listings go live quickly and rank well in search.

Deliverables
• Complete property profiles on Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, Cleartrip, plus any additional OTAs you suggest and I approve
• Optimised titles, descriptions, amenity tags, and high-impact photo sequencing for every listing
• Rate plans and availability calendars entered and cross-checked to avoid double-booking
• Account and listing verification (ID, property ownership, payment details) handled end-to-end
• Final hand-over in a shared doc with all login credentials, listing URLs, and a brief “how-to” note for future edits

Acceptance criteria
A listing is considered complete when it is publicly searchable, bookable, and shows accurate pricing for the next 12 months on the relevant portal.
