Home Builder Sales Flyers Design

I'm seeking a designer to modify a sales asset about the Build Process for our post & beam home manufacturing company in NH. I am including the asset that needs redesign and am open to suggestions to make it more visually appealing and in keeping with our brand. This is our first step, we have other sales assets to build but want to start with a single task.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in designing cohesive sales assets
- Strong understanding of real estate and home building industry
- Excellent graphic design skills
- Ability to create informative and engaging content (needed less in the beginning)
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
