High School Science Textbook Writing
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I’m compiling a new Science textbook aimed at high-school students and need short, vivid passages that read more that product description . Each concept, experiment or case study has to be introduced in a way that instantly sparks curiosity—think clear benefits, real-world “use cases,” and a crisp call-to-investigate tone rather than dry theory.
Scope of work
• About 120 key topics spanning physics, chemistry and biology.
• 150–200 words per topic, written in an upbeat, accessible voice.
• Plain-language explanations first, then a quick “why it matters” hook.
• Consistent terminology and level throughout, aligned with high-school curricula and NGSS where relevant.
Deliverables
1. Draft copy for all topics in an editable Google Doc.
2. Embedded glossary flags for any term that needs a definition.
3. Two rounds of revisions after my feedback.
Acceptance criteria
– Accuracy checked against reputable sources.
– Tone remains engaging yet age-appropriate.
– Final text passes Grammarly and Copyscape.
If you’ve ever blended storytelling with science—or written copy that sells an idea rather than a product—I’d love to see a sample and timeline.
