High Quality Writer w/ Experience Writing from Content Briefs
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We’re a small marketing company based in San Diego, and we’re looking for:
Native English-speaking freelance writers…
to draft thoughtfully written high-quality content on a wide variety of subjects…
from a highly-detailed SEO content brief.
Your goal will be to combine these two factors:
The content will need to be high-quality marketing copy.
You will be given a detailed content outline, a list of keywords, and a list of links that must be included in a natural way and that does not feel forced.
Experience with writing to Clearscope.io specifications is a plus.
Articles are typically in the 1000 - 2500 word range. Pay is approximately 7 cents a word, based on the higher number in the word count range.
For example, if the content brief calls for 800 - 1000 words, the pay rate would be $70. If the content brief calls for 1300 - 1500 words, the pay rate would be $105. This is not negotiable.
If this is you, we’d like to hear from you:
You have marketing copywriting experience, not just “content writing” experience
You can write content based on extremely detailed instructions
You can use a fairly long list of required keywords in your content without it seeming keyword-stuffed
You have several examples of your own writing to show us
You do not turn in content that is wooden and stilted, or fluffy and “spun”
You do not manage a team of writers who do the work for you
You are willing to make changes based on editorial feedback
You meet deadlines
You respond to weekday emails with reasonable speed
