I need polished, accurate job descriptions for several part-time roles in my healthcare organization. The goal is to attract qualified candidates while staying fully compliant with current healthcare regulations and best-practice HR standards.
Scope of work
• Three individual descriptions are required for the following positions:
– Nurses
– Medical Assistants
– Administrative Staff
What each description must cover
• Engaging summary of the role’s purpose and impact.
• Core duties and typical shift expectations for a part-time schedule.
• Required and preferred qualifications, licenses, and certifications.
• Brief overview of our patient-care culture, HIPAA commitment, and EEO statement.
