Handbook Employees
Budget: $100 – $150 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to create an employee handbook for my small company (1-50 employees). The handbook should cover the following topics:
- Company policies and procedures
- Employee benefits and perks
- Code of conduct and ethics
I want the handbook to have a friendly and conversational tone, making it easy for employees to understand and engage with. The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience in creating employee handbooks, strong writing skills, and the ability to convey information in a friendly and conversational manner.
I have attached a copy that need to be reviewed and make more friendly, part to change:
Sexuality and harassment (make it short and not going into details, actually link the Australian link to refer) as well as for other make it shorter and link as reference.
Parental leave: add that for each child born Pini will offer a Bonus of $500
Maternity Leave for no Australian permanent resident and citizen Pini offers to pay the Gap between salary and Ceneter link payment.
Social Media: make friendly, and not hard, as yes, we can use social media etc do not make very archaic please adapt following Australian regulation but in a modern key more innovative and friendly.
