My local business relies on being found quickly and trusted immediately, so I’m handing you full control of our Google Business Profile. The most urgent task is monitoring and responding to every review as it appears, but I also need the profile strengthened in several other ways.
Here’s what I expect from you:
• Reviews – keep a close eye on new feedback, craft prompt, brand-consistent replies, and flag anything that violates Google’s policies.
• Photos – upload fresh, high-quality images each week, embedding accurate GPS/EXIF data before posting.
• Posts – plan and schedule two to three keyword-rich updates per week that highlight offers, events, or news.
• Business details – audit and correct all NAP data, categories, services, and attributes so they’re 100 % complete and consistent.
• Citations – manually submit the same accurate information to the most relevant local directories to reinforce authority.
• Reporting – log every action in the shared Google Sheet so I can track progress at a glance.
