German Speaking Creative Copy Writer for Website Real Estate Agency

Hello everyone!
We are a new real estate agency and are looking for someone to help us create Website Content and Design using easy to use Website Builders. We use Hostinger. If you have experience using Tools like Squarespace, Wix that will be a plus. But we especially search for a creative mind who can understand how to write engaging content in an appealing way for our customers.
Your first task will be to create a one-page website about Zanzibar addressing people who are thinking about moving to Zanzibar, buying a house or investing in Zanzibar. If you're creative, pay attention to detail and are interested in real estate, we'd love to hear from you!
We have a lot of content to be written and designed and are looking for a long-term collaboration if the chemistry is right. So ideally you would continue to build a very strong website about Zanzibar and in the future do other tasks for us also on our real estate website. To start, we would like you to create a homepage for the website. We will give you topics to mention and a guideline, but it is up to your creativity. So a really fun job for someone who loves to write and design and is interested in Zanzibar!
