I need my English-language product descriptions for a line of casual clothing rendered into natural, sales-ready German. The original copy is already polished; what I’m missing is the authentic tone and fashion vocabulary that only a native speaker can provide so that German-speaking shoppers feel instantly at home on the site.
You will receive the texts in a single Word file along with a brief brand style sheet that explains voice, key-words and sizing conventions. Your translation should:
• keep the lively, informal style intact,
• follow German e-commerce best practices for bullet points, fit notes and sizing,
• avoid literal phrasing—think like a copywriter first, translator second.
I’m happy to work in Word, Google Docs, or a standard CAT tool such as SDL Trados or MemoQ if you prefer. Please return the finished German copy in the same order and formatting as supplied so that my web team can upload it without extra layout work.
