Game story and quests

I am making a 3d tps game. I need story and quests for this game. The game is having a theme of cyberpunk.so probably a lot of crime in neon world. It will be a small game with around 3-4 hours of gameplay. So story will be small too. And the quests should be around 10-15. If you fell its the right kind of job for you please let me know.
