Full Website Arabic Localization

My website, www.arabicoffeeservice.com, is entirely in English and I want to serve our Gulf-region visitors just as smoothly. Every page, blog post, menu label, button, image caption—even the text baked into graphics or videos—needs to be translated into natural, reader-friendly Gulf Arabic while preserving the tone of our brand.

You will move through the site page by page, extract the English copy and any on-screen text inside images or multimedia, then supply an accurate Arabic equivalent that fits the layout. If you can deliver the finished graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator or similar) with the Arabic text already in place, that’s ideal; otherwise, provide clear Arabic copy plus positioning notes.

Deliverables
• Arabic translation of 100% of on-site text (Gulf dialect, Modern Standard where technical terms demand consistency)
• Localized versions of images or graphics containing text, delivered as layered source files and web-ready exports
• Time-coded Arabic captions or subtitle files for any embedded videos
• A simple spreadsheet mapping every English string to its Arabic counterpart to help my developer slot content back in quickly

Acceptance is complete once:
– All live pages mirror the English site in meaning and brand voice
– No untranslated snippets remain (including meta tags, alt tags, error messages)
– Translated graphics display correctly with right-to-left alignment and legible typography
