Full Vlog Production Team Needed

I’m scaling my personal brand into consistent YouTube vlogs and companion reels, and I’m putting together a small remote crew to handle the whole pipeline. The core content will always be VLOG-style: behind-the-scenes, day-in-the-life storytelling with a light, humorous, and engaging voice.
Here’s the mix of talent I’m looking for:
• Content Writer – shapes each episode’s narrative arc, hooks, and on-screen prompts in a humorous, engaging tone that still feels natural to my voice.
• Video Editor – turns raw footage into tight, dynamic cuts for YouTube plus vertical-format reels, adding captions, motion graphics, music beds, and seamless transitions.
• Channel/Social Manager – schedules uploads, crafts titles, thumbnails, tags, and handles comment moderation, collab outreach, and basic analytics reporting.
We’ll start with one vlog (8–12 min) and three matching reels each week, then scale.
