Full-Time Two-Website SEO Management
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I manage two active websites and now need continuous, full-time SEO care so both can rise steadily in the search results. The primary goal is clear: improve search-engine ranking for each site through a balanced mix of on-page, off-page and technical work, plus regular content refreshes.
Scope of work
Each day you will be optimising pages, building quality backlinks, and fixing any technical barriers that could be holding rankings back. That includes keyword research, meta-tag tuning, internal linking, schema, speed tweaks, crawl-error clean-ups and everything else that falls under sound technical SEO. Off-page efforts must focus on safe, white-hat link building and brand mentions that strengthen authority without risking penalties.
Content updates
Fresh, search-focused copy is essential, so expect to plan and publish new blog posts, refine product descriptions and keep service pages current. I will supply brand guidelines and any raw product details; you shape them into SEO-ready assets that read naturally and convert.
Deliverables & cadence
• Weekly progress report covering ranking movements, traffic shifts and completed tasks
• Monthly backlink profile summary with new links, anchor text mix and domain metrics
• Ongoing content calendar with proposed blog titles, target keywords and delivery dates
• Immediate notification of any technical issues discovered and the fix applied
Tools you should already be comfortable with include Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs or SEMrush, plus whichever CMS the sites run on (currently standard WordPress). Communication happens daily through Slack and tasks live in Trello, so responsiveness is crucial.
