We are looking for a freelance content writer to create long-form, SEO-friendly listicle articles (3,000–4,000 words each). The writer will follow our detailed SOP & checklist to produce structured, engaging, and useful content about Notion templates.
Responsibilities
Research the topic and competitors (guidance provided)
Write comprehensive listicle articles in this structure:
Intro (why the category matters)
Features (bullet points)
Pros & Cons
Personal Take (balanced opinion)
Recommended For (ideal audience)
Place affiliate links correctly (links provided)
Add alt text for images (we’ll guide formatting)
Deliver clean, proofread drafts ready for publishing
Requirements
Experience writing listicles or review-style blog posts
Strong English writing skills, able to write in a clear, structured way
Ability to follow a step-by-step process consistently
Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Notion or productivity tools
Previous blogging/SEO writing experience
Deliverables
1 article per week (approx. 3,000–4,000 words each)
Feature image + 2–4 screenshots (formatting instructions provided)
Correct affiliate link placements
Compensation
