What do we need?
We’re looking for a freelance professional, working remotely from home, to help us complete and format activity presentations in Genially. Based on a Word document containing the weekly activities (text, images, and links), this person will transfer and visually organize the content using a pre-designed Genially template.
Main responsibilities:
Fill in Genially templates
Use a pre-made Genially template and complete it with the provided content from a Word document (including text, links, and images).
Format and organize content
Adapt and structure the content visually in Genially according to the style guidelines and examples we will provide. Ensuring clarity, consistency, and a visually appealing layout is key.
Content check and organization
Verify that all links are functional, images are properly placed, and all content is complete and well-organized.
Requirements:
Experience using Genially.
Good eye for design and visual layout.
Ability to follow examples and formatting guidelines.
Comfortable working with Word documents and collaborative tools (e.g., Google Drive).
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Nice to have:
Previous experience working with educational or digital content for teachers.
Basic knowledge of graphic design or image editing tools.
Familiarity with digital education platforms.
