Freelance Financial Writer for Stock Newsletter

We are launching a new stock recommendation newsletter, podcast, and YouTube channel, with the newsletter being the centerpiece of our brand. We seek a talented Freelance Financial Writer to craft engaging and insightful newsletters that will captivate our audience.
Responsibilities:
Expand upon a brief stock(and also option) trade recommendation summary, which we will provide (approx. one paragraph) to create compelling newsletters of 600-800 words.
Bonus points if you are funny.
Incorporate screenshots, memes, gifs(that we will provide) seamlessly into the content, ensuring a cohesive narrative. Inject humor and a conversational tone to make the posts engaging and relatable.
Work on tight deadlines as the content is highly time-sensitive.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of stock and options trading.
Excellent writing skills with an ability to convey complex financial information in an accessible manner.
A good sense of humor and ability to engage readers through storytelling.
Ability to work on quick turnarounds and meet deadlines consistently.
Workflow:
Upon selection, you will receive a template Word document containing the brief summary, specific stock and options trades, and accompanying screenshots. Your task will be to expand this information into a full-fledged, interesting newsletter ready for publication.
How to Apply:
Interested candidates, please submit your application along with samples of your previous work related to financial writing or stock trading and a brief cover letter explaining why you'd be a perfect fit for this role.
Each newsletter written will be paid $150. We anticipate a minimum of one per week and potentially up to three per week, depending on what is happening in the market.
