Freelance Curriculum Developer Needed

The International Board of Skills & Development (IBOSD – UK) is expanding its global curriculum portfolio for international skill certifications and diplomas. We invite experienced subject-matter experts, trainers, consultants, auditors, and industry professionals to collaborate with us as Freelance Curriculum Developers.
This role involves structured curriculum design aligned with international standards, global learner reach, and royalty-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
Design complete, original curricula aligned with IBOSD standards
Develop course frameworks, learning outcomes, module-wise content, and assessment mapping
Ensure content is original, plagiarism-free, and compliant with international and regulatory standards
Cooperate with curriculum reviews and revisions (if required)
Submit declarations of originality and anti-plagiarism reports
Curriculum Development Process
Profile screening and subject allocation approval
NDA execution (mandatory)
Structured curriculum development as per IBOSD guidelines
Internal curriculum committee review and approval
Final upload to IBOSD Central Curriculum Repository
External accreditation coordination (if applicable)
Royalty & Payment Model
Intellectual Property & Compliance
All curriculum content becomes the intellectual property of IBOSD
Content cannot be reused, sold, or published elsewhere
NDA and originality declaration are mandatory
Zero tolerance for plagiarism or copyright violations
