Key Responsibilities:
Course Content Development: Write comprehensive course content that introduces key concepts and methods in horticulture.
Recaps and Quizzes: Create recaps and quizzes for each lesson to reinforce learning and assess comprehension.
AI Utilisation: Use AI tools to ensure that course writing is easy to understand, flows well, and is presented in bite-sized segments.
Feedback Integration: Revise and adjust course content based on feedback to enhance clarity and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
A minimum of RHS Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
Skills:
Horticultural Knowledge: Solid understanding of horticultural methods and plant identification.
Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with others; capable of identifying additional imagery or videos that would enhance the course content.
Literate and Computer Literate: Strong writing skills, proficiency in research, and familiarity with word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Keynote) and AI tools.
Research Skills: Ability to stay up to date with the latest horticultural methods and practices.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow briefs accurately and adapt content based on feedback.
