Formal Chinese FAQ Content
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need a native-level Chinese writer to craft a complete set of text-based FAQ answers that explain our company’s policies and procedures in clear, authoritative language. All content must be written in formal Mandarin suitable for publication on our corporate website and internal knowledge base.
What you will do
• Review the outline of policies I supply (employee conduct, returns & refunds, data privacy, etc.).
• Draft concise Q&A pairs that anticipate common stakeholder queries while remaining fully aligned with the source material.
• Ensure every answer is accurate, unambiguous, and consistent in tone; no colloquialisms or casual phrasing.
• Deliver the final copy in an editable format (Word or Google Docs) with each question followed immediately by its answer.
Acceptance criteria
• Native-quality written Mandarin with correct business terminology.
• 100 % originality; passes standard plagiarism checks.
• Content ready for web publication—no additional editing required on my end.
