Applicant should have experience in hospitality content & course writing.

Details:
- Format : Google slides or PowerPoint.
- Should be submitted in 8-10 days.
- 20/25 slides per course including pictures & videos.

List of Topics:

1- Creating sales forecast & cycle.
2- Managing cost of labor
3- Managing revenue and expenses
4- Managing food and beverage pricing
5- Food and Beverage cost
6- Food and beverage revenue
7- Banqueting and Catering procedures
8- Purchasing and receiving
9- Menu design for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks

Payment 20€ per topic - 9 Topics 180 € Total
You have to submit one of the topics as a sample before you receive the milestone.
Course Samples will be evaluated before we start working together.
