Five-Slide Efficiency Pitch Deck

Job ID: 40596814

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a five to seven minute slot with our Board of Directors to secure approval for a process-improvement program that targets workforce productivity (this is a mock board presentation for an MBA class). To make the most of that brief window I need a PowerPoint file—exactly five slides—built around the Persuasive Organization outline that I will share with you once we start.

Each slide must correspond to one stage of that outline: attention grabber, need, satisfaction, visualization, and a decisive call to action. The visual design should remain clean and board-appropriate while still underscoring the efficiency message; think selective graphs, charts, icons or other tasteful elements that clarify the story rather than crowd the slide.

Because timing is critical, I also need detailed speaker notes beneath every slide, paced so the full delivery runs between five and seven minutes. If you have a tested words-per-minute approach, feel free to use it so long as the cadence sounds natural.

Deliverables
• A .pptx file containing exactly five well-designed slides
• Supporting graphics that strengthen, not overwhelm, the efficiency narrative
• Slide-by-slide speaker notes calibrated for a 5–7 minute presentation

Once we kick off I will immediately provide the exact persuasive outline and any existing data you may want to incorporate. If anything is unclear about the scope—particularly around how best to emphasize workforce productivity—let me know upfront so we stay on schedule. Need this by Saturday.
