I need a concise, five-page white paper laid out in clear columns so it can be projected and printed for an upcoming public meeting. The document is still in draft stage, so I’m looking for someone who can take my raw notes and transform them into a polished, publication-ready analysis that squarely frames the Problem Statement and presents well-reasoned Solutions.
The tone should remain objective and authoritative, while the layout must be easy to scan in a busy hall—think two or three evenly spaced text columns per page with consistent headings, sub-headings, and call-outs for key data points.
