Facebook Content Creation and Management

Help needed with changing the profile pic on my personal Facebook page. I am generally very tech-literate and I have been using Facebook extensively for 19 years (including changing my profile pic many times without any issues), but there seems to be a glitch with my account as it's not letting me change my profile pic no matter what workarounds I try. I need someone who is very tech-savvy with Facebook specifically, to help me figure out the problem and to implement the solution. I will pay a decent price for the effort, but most of the compensation will be paid only if the solution is actually achieved. Thank you.
