I'm looking for a YouTube content strategist or thumbnail designer who can:
Watch my full YouTube video
Create a high-impact thumbnail that grabs attention without misleading
Write a compelling, honest title that frames the video accurately and drives clicks
The goal is CTR + retention — I want viewers to click and watch all the way through, not bounce due to clickbait
Deliverables:
1 Thumbnail (1280x720, under 2MB, optimized for mobile and desktop)
1 YouTube Title (under 100 characters, emotionally engaging but true to the video)
Optional: brief rationale explaining the creative direction
Bonus if you have:
Experience with LEGO or collectible/nerd niche content
Familiarity with A/B testing or YouTube analytics
A portfolio of past YouTube work (especially high-performing videos)
