Nevro is seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to support and partner with our CEO. The individual in this role will provides a wide range of support services to the office of the CEO This is an onsite role supporting our CEO and partnering with our EA team. The position will be located at our Redwood City, CA headquarters. In office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Days can vary depending on executive meetings.

Responsibilities:
• Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts. Make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. Manage executive’s calendars and meetings while developing an understanding of business priorities and relationships across the organization.
• Act as a Liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors. Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials and record meeting minutes on behalf of the Board Secretary. Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in bylaws regarding Board matters.
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects by designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations, collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties- composing and preparing correspondence, maintaining contact lists, making travel arrangements, and completing expense and mileage reports.
• Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed. Schedule and execute staff meetings, quarterly meetings and other relevant group activities including site identification, contracting, and all associated logistics and details.
• Experienced and successful “gatekeeper” providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff and strategically coordinate CEO’s schedules, meetings and projects.
• Make travel arrangements including frequent U.S. and international travel, obtain requisite visas, create itineraries and ensure flawless execution. Prepare/submit expense report in a timely manner along with other executive assistant duties. Plan and execute successful meetings including coordinating all components & details: travel, ground transfers, hotel guest rooms/meeting rooms, food & beverage, A/V requirements, etc.
• Provide consistent communications throughout process and as follow-up to track progress from initiation to completion; institutionalize “best-practices.”
• Demonstrate ability to interface with key customers, investors, and leaders in a professional manner that is representative of Nevro’s culture, ambition and code of conduct
