I publish a Health & Wellness blog that focuses on actionable, science-backed information. I now need a writer who can deliver research-based articles written in a formal, informative tone. Each piece should translate current studies and authoritative sources into clear, accurate content that a general audience can trust.

For every article I will provide a working title or theme along with a few starter references. Your task is to investigate the latest peer-reviewed research, evaluate source credibility, and craft a well-structured narrative that explains the findings without oversimplifying them. Citations (APA or Vancouver format) must appear as inline references and in a short bibliography at the end.

Deliverables for each assignment:
• 1,200–1,600 words of original copy
• Minimum of five primary research citations
• A brief summary suitable for meta description (150–160 characters)
• Suggested headline and two subheadings that support SEO best practices
