English-Spanish Website Transcreation
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I need my existing English website copy rewritten so it feels as though it was originally crafted for a Spanish-speaking visitor, not simply translated. The objective is to engage the audience—every headline, call-to-action, and paragraph should sound natural, culturally relevant, and aligned with our brand voice.
You’ll start with the live English pages (about 4,500 words total). After reviewing the context and tone, you will recreate the text in Spanish, adapting idioms, humor, and references so they resonate with our target market. SEO keywords already embedded in the English version must be mirrored where possible without sacrificing readability.
Deliverables:
• Spanish-language copy for each web page in a Word or Google Docs file, keeping the original English side-by-side for easy comparison.
• A brief rationale (2–3 lines per page) explaining any major creative shifts so I understand your choices.
• Final proofread version ready for immediate upload to the CMS.
Acceptance criteria:
• Copy reads naturally to a native speaker, with no literal translation feel.
• Brand tone and key messages are preserved.
• All text is free of spelling or grammar errors and fits the original layout constraints.
If you have experience transcreating for Spanish-speaking markets and can demonstrate work that boosted on-page engagement, I’d love to see it.
