English–Hindi/Punjabi Website Translation
Budget: ₹250,000 – ₹500,000 INR
I have a website written in English that I’m ready to localise for the Indian market in both Hindi and Punjabi. The job is a full translation of all on-page copy, menus, buttons and any meta text that appears in the source files. Because this is web content, tone and natural flow are just as important as accuracy, so I’m looking for someone who can capture the friendly, informative style of the original while making it sound native in each target language.
There may be scattered legal or policy-related sections (privacy, terms of service, disclaimers). I’m not completely sure which phrases warrant special legal handling, so I’ll count on your guidance to flag anything that could benefit from more precise wording or a standard legal equivalent commonly used in Hindi or Punjabi sites.
Please work directly from the HTML or WordPress export I’ll provide, keeping the basic tag structure intact so my developer can drop the files straight back into the CMS. I would also appreciate a quick glossary of any key terms you feel deserve consistency across the site.
Deliverables:
• Two fully translated versions of the site content (Hindi and Punjabi) delivered in the same file format as the original
• A brief note or glossary highlighting any legal or sensitive terminology you adjusted or recommend reviewing
