End to End Management of a Website blogging platform

We are looking for a professional (or an agency) to manage our website: end - to - end. The website is about 6months old with a total of 30 articles and averages less than 200 views per month. We write on a broad range of issues including business, technology, travel and vacations, socials and social media, the environment and current affairs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing this website. This will include identifying content to write on, writing, editing and publishing the content, ensuring the website and content are SEO friendly, and managing engagement with our content and brand via our social media platforms and providing website administrative services.
Our aspiration is to legitimately grow our current audience by 50X.
If you are interested and have proven record of being able to do this, send a proposal detailing your plans to achieve this which should include the following:
1. The number of articles you will need to publish daily
2. An overview of your marketing/promotional strategies to grow this audience
3. Similar projects you have successfully delivered
