AI-Enabled Traffic Safety Awareness – Conceptual Strategy Deck

This project aims to develop a conceptual strategy presentation (8–12 slides) on AI-enabled traffic safety awareness, to support an internal executive-level discussion.
The presentation will focus on:
• Providing a high-level strategic direction for traffic safety awareness
• Presenting creative, out-of-the-box ideas to influence high-risk road user behaviors
• Illustrating the strategic role of AI in enhancing traffic safety awareness (conceptual, not technical)
Scope of Work
• Conceptual strategy deck only
• No requirement for:
• A detailed strategy document
• An implementation roadmap
• Heavy research or technical analysis
Presentation Content May Include
• The problem statement and opportunity in traffic safety awareness
• Strategic objective(s) for behavior change
• High-risk behaviors or critical moments
• How AI can support awareness efforts (conceptual use cases)
• 3 innovative, AI-enabled awareness concepts
• A high-level view of what success would look like
Purpose of the Deck
• Clearly communicate strategic ideas to senior leadership
• Enable informed discussion and early decision-making
• Serve as a foundation for a more detailed phase if approved
