Employee onboarding and training content

I am in need of a freelancer who can develop an interactive e-learning module for my employee onboarding and training program. Currently, we have some written manuals and would like to convert this material to an interactive e-learning module. We want a very introductory module that is no longer than 1 hour for employees to complete. Ideal candidate for this project will have experience in designing and developing e-learning content, specifically for new employees, preferably using Connectteam app.

Key requirements:
- Develop interactive e-learning modules for employee onboarding and training
- Ensure the modules are engaging and easy to follow
- Create content that is tailored to the needs of new employees
- Work with me to select the content that will be included in the training

Skills and experience:
- Experience in developing e-learning modules, preferably for new employees using www.connecteam.com
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with me and ensure the content meets the company's needs.
