Email & Excel eBook Creations

Job ID: 40024005

Budget: $12 – $32 USD

I’m putting together an engaging, practical eBook that teaches intermediate-level readers how to write professional emails and get more from everyday Excel work. The manuscript will weave these two skillsets together—showing, for example, how a well-formatted spreadsheet can feed directly into a persuasive email campaign—so your writing must flow naturally between both subjects.

On the email side I need clear explanations and real-world examples covering proper etiquette (tone, greetings, follow-ups, CC/BCC, attachments) and actionable email-marketing tactics that sit just below “advanced” level. For Excel, think formulas, data-cleaning shortcuts, conditional formatting, and quick chart creation—enough to impress colleagues without overwhelming the reader.

I will supply a draft outline; you will expand it into polished, instructional prose with screenshots or table samples where they truly add value. The final file should be ready for layout (approximately 15,000–20,000 words, Word or Google Docs). Please include light proofreading in your fee and be comfortable citing authoritative sources for any best-practice claims.

Deliverables
• Completed eBook manuscript, structured by agreed outline
• All supporting visuals (PNG or SVG) labeled and referenced
• Brief style guide so future updates keep a consistent voice

If you have a track record writing tech-savvy business guides and can keep the tone friendly yet professional, I’d love to hear how you’d approach this project and see two relevant samples.
